Accessibility statement for the NCPWD Career Portal
Last reviewed 2026. We update this statement whenever there is a material change to the portal's accessibility.
Our commitment
The National Council for Persons with Disabilities is committed to digital accessibility. We work to ensure that everyone — including persons with disabilities — has full and equal access to the NCPWD Career Portal, the services it offers, and every piece of content we publish.
Measures to support accessibility
We take the following steps to keep the portal accessible:
- Accessibility is built into our internal policies and procurement decisions.
- Our team receives continual accessibility training so the practice stays current.
- We retain an independent accessibility consultant for periodic audits and testing.
- We involve users with disabilities directly in usability testing rounds.
- We combine automated, manual, and user-led testing as part of every release.
Conformance status
The portal is partially conformant with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Partial conformance means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard; we are actively working to close the remaining gaps.
Compatibility
The portal is designed and tested for the latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on both desktop and mobile. Performance on Internet Explorer and older browser versions may be reduced.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the portal. If you encounter any access barriers or have suggestions, please email us at ncpwd@fuzu.com and we will get back to you within five working days.
